Support Services
C.S. Packages is committed to providing ongoing support services for products we sell. Our support hours is offered between the hours 8am and 5pm on normal working days, however out of hours support can be organised if required.

We endeavour to respond to calls as they are received, however we would normally expect a maximum response time of 4 hours. 

C.S. Packages currently supports user sites from far north Queensland to Melbourne and in the past has supported or assisted in the support of sites from New Guinea to Melbourne, Perth and New Zealand.

C.S. Packages is committed to providing support services on an on-going basis.

Support is handled in a number of ways. Customers are encouraged to fax or email details of their queries for day to day problems. This allows us to schedule our response more efficiently.  Hot-line support is answered as soon as possible by phone help and/or by dial-in on-line support.

C.S. Packages uses a network of support consultants to assist with various training and on-site jobs as the need arises.
